after a short talk with the recruiter i took an automated programming test, the automated test gave me a bad score because the code wasn't the fastest on one extreme edge case.
the code was probably never read by a person.

There were two interviews one by one, and in each, there was a programming question that we were asked to solve on a whiteboard. The interviewers were kind and the whole process was respectful.
