I was recently interviewed for the Product manager position at Appsflyer. I received a home assignment and was scheduled to present it to a group of the company managers in a one-hour English presentation. It took a full week of my personal time, including 2 full weekends, to prepare. I felt ready and confident. While presenting, the interviewers went in and out of the room (missing essential parts of the presentation) and afterwards requested to go over slides that were already presented again. One interviewer left in the beginning of the presentation and the other was late for the meeting. They seemed and acted rushed, and asked me to switch to Hebrew in the middle and briefly sum up the most important parts of the presentation and jump to the final slide. I still had 30 minutes left to present (and I was on schedule). This rushed behavior allowed me only half of the time to present, and I barely managed to convey 20% of what I worked on and prepared for. I left with a strong feeling of disappointment and shock. Needless to say, at that point I was no longer interested in joining this team nor did I care whether I passed this interview or not. I do however care about the unapologetic and unprofessional behavior I experienced here. I have never been disrespected like this by any company, and I had my share of interviews. The whole experience was a pathetic display of incompetence which was a complete waste of my time. It was insulting, unprofessional and disrespectful, and I do not wish it on anyone. It is a shame that a company of this size and reputation allows itself to treat candidates this way.

Went through a product sense interview, a home assignment I presented in person, an interview with the direct manager, two leadership rounds, and HR. From the beginning, the process was clear, well communicated, and transparent.
