Mostly Technical, especially the second interview. They asked me about my research and publications. The hiring manager was very nice and helpful. I learned some aspects from that interview. He went through my resume in detail and he pulled some question out of it

First round—jod description explanation follwed by some behavioral questions. Then a couple of technical question, not in detail, just superficial ones. Second round - very technical with in-depth questioning on process development and techniques.
