I applied online for an accounting position and heard back a few days later. I interviewed with two people regarding the position. Since it was an entry level position, the questions were all fit and personality based and covered the regular topics - tellme about yourself, tell me about a time you didn't get along with somebody,etc... I didn't get the position but it was my fault since I wasn't very good at interviewing.
