I interviewed for an analyst position in October 2020. Had an initial phone interview with a manager, then what should’ve been actual initial phone call with HR, then a series of 5 zoom interviews back to back. They were fast about the whole process but a little disorganized. The back to back zoom interviews last 2.5 hours without a break were also a lot. Questions weren’t too hard or particularly skill-based, rather more focused on fit. I was unclear what the opportunities for growth were or what the client list looked like.

Phone call for screening with HR, about a week later emailed to set up 3 back to back zoom interviews totaling an hour and half. Informal process, mostly focused on experience in research and statistics, goals, and cultural fit. The interview was not very technical.
