Two separate managers , asking basic interview questions; where have you worked before, for how long and what experiences do you have in whatever position you are applying for. It took either the same day for someone to email or call you back with whether or not you get the job. I got the job on the spot which was good

Did an interview with assistant manager, lasted five minutes and they wanted to do another interview with the head manager.
Only asked me two questions which was weird, I never had an interview like that before.
Pretty pointless imo and I don't think they respect your time well - from reading other reviews it seems quite unconviential though so maybe it was just a weird store.
The interview process was quick and easy. They had me come in the morning and ask very basic questions about my previous experience in the industry and some behavior questions
