I was programmed for two different Zoom interviews with two different supervisors and lastly I had a meeting with the area manager to get details of the job and the expectations…
The interview for me consisted of a phone call, a virtual Zoom interview, and and in person interview with two managers at the Austin campus.
The phone interview was just to inform me of the opportunity and what to expect next, and the Zoom meeting felt like a pre-screening for the in person interview.
The in-person interview consisted of technical and personality type questions. They are more concerned with customer service than technical skills for these positions. You will be trained on the technical side.
The whole process took about 2 months from the initial call to the job offer.
