It was very smooth. Met with multiple different full-time employees in behavioral / technical interviews. The conversations were highly behavioral, it seems they are just trying to see if each candidate is a good fit within each 'cohort'. An absurd amount of Cal Poly SLO representation in the program...

6 rounds of 30 minute interviews getting bounced around the Finance business function.
Behavioral/situational based with a few easy technicals. Final round is always with Audra Branstad (runs the program). Extremely subjective selection process, so if you nail every question don't expect to move on
