Very straight forward, ask about your previous work experience and customer service experience. Was totally like a conversation and not like a script they were going off. It’s a simple process and truly seamless
There were 2 interviews for the location I worked in SF, both interviews were completed one on one. Questions surrounded team dynamics, how you support or assist in mentoring, customer focus on repairing relationships, and overall what you can provide or contribute to the team.

long - 1-2 months generally 3-5 interview rounds including the initial group interview/seminar. Each interview thereafter is with one manager, one and one and then eventually the store manager where they generally group you with 2 or 3 other people.
