Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Apple (Austin, TX) en jun 2008
Entrevista
Like most, I started at Apple through Volt. Volt does the standard background test and then a skills interview. the skils interview at Volt is silly because it is all about Windows computers, so if you have truly never used a PC it might be difficult no matter how great you are at working on Macs. A few days later, I went to a group presentation and skills test at Apple, where they asked Mac-specific tech questions using a standardized online form. Immediately after, we had quick one-on-one interviews. Standard interview questions. A few days later i received a call from Volt with the offer.

The most unexpected part of the interview process was the skills test through Volt that was all about PC and Windows technology. Particularly the fact that it was even outdated by Windows standards, so you were answering questions that applied to Windows 98 and Windows 2000.
Straightforward interview process. They ask about work experience and a situational question. They mainly want to evaluate your communication style and how you handle interactions with colleagues and customers, as well as your expectations for the role.

Describe a time when you influenced a customer to make a purchase decision they were unsure about.
The interview was very welcoming and down to earth. It was a three person interview and it was not intimidating at all. I enjoyed the questions and energy of the entire interview.
