The process was pretty straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter who asked about my background, why I was interested in Apple, and what kind of sales/accounts I had worked on before. After that I had a call with the hiring manager, which was more focused on how I manage a pipeline, build relationships with customers, and handle sales targets. The last round was with a couple people from the team. They asked mostly behavioral questions and a few situational ones, like how I would deal with a difficult client or grow an existing account. Nothing felt unfair, but they definitely wanted specific examples instead of general answers. The process took a few weeks overall, and there were some gaps between updates, but everyone I spoke with was professional.

Typical questions, however, they did add in a few problem solving and quick on your feet type questions. One of which was subjective and an answer cannot be determined based on the information provided.
