The application, phone screening, assessments, and 1:1 interviews were handled well. Overall a smooth process with little to critique. Some of the interview did feel more like a discovery session where you’re being probed for solutions to existing obstacles rather than focusing on the fit with the organization and if you’re the best candidate.
