Was contacted via phone call. Then asked to do a personality test and aptitude test of creating 3 social media posts. An interview was held by the HR with another participant in a duo setting with a series of situational questions. Was told that there would be 3 rounds of interviews and I wasn’t shortlisted for the 3rd one. All in all, pretty waste of a time for a job and company that is the size of a startup. Stop pretending you’re Google or any tech giant with all these complex personality test. Ridiculous.
