Thorough but rewarding. You often have to interview with an executive which can be intimidating but ultimately a good experience to understand what the culture is like. You typically have to provide a work product which varies based on role and department. Overall a fair process.

I had 3 rounds of interviews. One with my direct overhead first, another with an experience team member of the legal team, and third as a panel with the General Counsel who oversees all other interviewers. Overall very open and informative interview process- I answered questions on my skills and was able to inquire about what made Appian great. Highly recommend the interview process with this company
