The interview process goes in 3 steps. I didn't make it past the second
1) A phone call with HR - You'll be told a little more about the company and asked about things you spoke about on your CV/cover letter. The idea at this stage is to just screen you before they move you on to the talk to the tech team. I spoke to Isabella, who was incredibly lovely and a lot of fun to talk to!
2) A face to face interview on google meet with a senior consultant (I spoke to Kevin) - This stage is just to further explore you and further explain what the role entails. You get to discuss with them about how you fit the role and how the role fits you. It's very typical but I've never had a face to face interview where I've felt so calm and enjoyed myself. You really get a peak at how amazing and lovely the people you'd be working with, are.
3) I'm not sure about this stage as I never got this far.
But overall, it's a very informative and enjoyable interview process! I don't think many questions were asked, the conversation just seemed to flow naturally and we both got the information we were looking for.
