The entire interview process was unorganized and felt unprofessional at times. I received an email for an interview and had to follow up to book the calendar invite. During the interview itself I was asked a lot of "quick fire" style technical questions - questions that if you did a quick Google search you'd be able to answer or not. At the end of the interview, the non-technical interviewee told me that they were really impressed and that "I should hear something back within the next day or two". 3 weeks went by and I received an email that they were still finalizing their decision. 6 weeks after that I received an email about my positive interview and was asked if I'd be interested in a call to finalize the position. No thanks.
