Overall the process was very smooth and stress-free. I felt the interviewers were very transparent and when things went well they moved me right along to the next step. Appfolio is very professional and the employees that interviewed me are really nice people that love working at Appfolio. I can't wait to be a part of the team.

The interview process was conducted in 3 sessions. I loved how much information was given about the position you are applying for to see if you’re a good fit. The interviewers were very kind and went out of their way to help you understand the questions and the process.

Long interview process. The HR rep was accommodating and answered all of my questions. A total of 3 interviews. About an hour each interview. Overall, I had a great interview experience! Great company culture and environment.

Entrevista
The interview process started with a 30min phone call explaining the job details, things about AppFolio, and employment benefits and pay. I received the invite for a second about a week later. This interview process was done over zoom and started with me asking questions that I had about AppFolio and the job title. Then questions about me and my previous experience in customer care/ previous jobs and my background. At the end of the second interview I was invited for a third interview. There was about a week between the second interview and the third. The third interview was over zoom as well and I meet with three AppFolio team members. Start out I was shown a day in the life of a customer care representative at AppFolio for around 15mins. I then meet with two managers who asked me a situational question regarding customer care and how I would handle those scenarios this was about 1 hour and 10mins. I then was able to ask a few more questions and the third interview was wrapped up. This was the last interview and the following week I received a job offer from AppFolio! The interview process was very well constructed and it was very helpful. All of the team members I meet with were very nice and I could tell they really liked working at AppFolio. I was so happy to accept the offer and become part of the team!
