Because I was abroad at the time of the hiring process, all of my interviews were held over either phone or video chat. I had a 30-minute intro interview over the phone with HR in the beginning, followed by another 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager one week later. The week after that I had a 1.5 hour interview with the hiring manager and one of the senior website specialists. My final interview was a 2.5 hour long video meeting with 5 other employees in the company. I found the whole process to be refreshing and thorough.
