A two day three stage process which allowed me to demonstrate my skill set. The first interview consisted of a sit down meeting with the GM to discuss the opportunity and vision of the company. The Second stage involved a couple of hours working through the general operational duties and seeing what I was comfortable with and what training I would require. The Final stage is a sit down with the Owner to discuss what I have learnt and what I can bring to the business.
