Over all 3 rounds:
HR round
Second Round with senior manager
Third round with Ops head - first 2 rounds went well and aligned with HD but in last round with HR head they asked questions which was not even the requirement in the JD. Interviewer was assuming answers instead of waiting for me to answer the questions. It was quite embassing and rude. I decided not to join with this behaviour, he was not at all professional and was just trying to embarass me like I dont know anything entire time. Very bad experience.

LEAN Six sigma questions, I told them I dont have certification still entire third round was only about LEAN questions.
Relies on AI a lot for the first part of the interview process, Hirevue is used which feels impersonal, though probably a trend now in hiring practices. Maybe if you get further in the process it becomes more personable.

It required written trst which had logical ability and aptitude section in it. There were 3 sections in total and coordinator was there in case of issue. Got call for the test which was in office.
