Easygoing and conversational. Went over work experience and academic coursework. Required excel knowledge proficiency. Had to demonstrate interest in in the insurance industry. Asked about leadership positions held. Human resources employees are very helpful and eager to clarify questions.

Aon interview process was very slow. The recruiter took months to get back to me. It took about 3 months, and the first stage was a video interview stage. the second stage was a phone interview. i did not get past the phone interview

Overall the interviewers are easy. It is more like a casual conversation. Interviewed with about 5 people in the team. Everyone was really nice. No harsh questions when it came to in-person interview. It is clear that everyone was pretty smart.

Round robin interview, 2.5 hours. Started with short 15-minute phone screen talking about the role and about availability for an on-site interview. Didnt have an excel test or anything like that. Very smooth process
