Video recording interview, seven "tell me about the time when.." questions asked via video recording first(2mins preperation), then same question exposed to read and prepare for another 2mins. Actuall asnwer 3mins, 2 attempts available.

Interview divided in several steps with also some practical exercices. At the begining we met and I presented my CV etc. Then I had an interview with some collegues from UK. Then I had a "practical interview" where they send me an Excel sheet with some things to do and tehy gave me 1h to solve it.
