Talent acquisition partner screening via phone call and two face to face interviews after that . General questions not industry specific in first round. Not very difficult questions. Tell us about yourself, experience in insurance, sales experience etc

Entrevista
First is a phone screening. Next is to schedule an interview with the hiring managers/leads. The interview was standard and they want you to give detailed description of how you handled a difficult situation with c-suite level clients. After, you wait to hear back. If you don't hear back within 2 weeks you probably didn't get the job. I received my rejection email 1 month later when I already accepted another job offer, so I guess it worked out. The interviewers were just emotionless and going through the motions.

phone interview with HR, online assessment, the first face to face interview with the team manager. the second face to face interview is when you are successful for the first interview, they invite you to come to meet the Top management, just to get to know you before you start.
