The company seems good to work for, although disorganized. I talked to a phone recruiter who gave me the impression that the interview was almost a formality and I had already gotten the job. When I arrived at the office they mixed me up with another candidate who was also interviewing. The interview was like a marathon … it was several hours with me talking to multiple people many of whom asked the same questions. Upon leaving I was told I would hear back within the week. A week and a half went by and I never heard a decision so I started to follow up with the recruiter. I finally called the recruiter 2 weeks after my interview (and two unanswered emails later) and was told they had selected another candidate. Honestly I’m glad! I can’t imagine what a nightmare it would be to work for them if that’s how they were treating applicants.

The typical process of answering questions through a video and then waiting for a response. Some questions they let you redo and some questions they do not. They give you between 1-3 minutes or 3-5 minutes.

Quite Straight Forward, First we submitted documents, then Extempore round which happened in Group, post that Aptitude test, V&A round, HR round, then operation round at the end.
So it was about a day long process.
