Interviewed through series of web camera questions. Aon used a third party hirevue system to conduct the initial interview for the position. Nothing too crazy but the process felt somewhat unnatural.

Entrevista
The interview process starting with a basic screening and hirevue. Hirevue consisted for over 10 questions both written and recorded. Most questions were behavioral that were geared towards the job role
Had to take two online exam, one of them is basically high school level math and the other is about your proficiency on excel. After passing the exam will be contacted directly by a recruiter about scheduling an online interview

Entrevista
Good experience - everything was really nice and helpful. The only issue is that they do not give good feedback. I did not receive an offer and they never told me why.
