Submitted resume in university career fair and been asked for interview. I am a CS new grad. There are three rounds interview in sum. In the beginning, the HR phone me doing background check, nothing technical questions involved. And proceed to technical phone interview after first phone call. For starter, they asked the language you familiar with. Since Java is my main focus, the engineer ask Java basic questions, thread, and what is mvc and each function of mvc( all you can find in Java interview guide book)(they are not asking data structure, all is java knowledge). Latter comes the final interview with manager through skype. In final round, the manager go through resume and project I did and ask java related questions. That all I got. There is one thing worth mention from my experience is that, you have to be aware their interview with you usually run late like 15 to 30 mins without inform you ahead and just keep you waiting. Further, the engineer in second round technical interview seems inpatient, keep interrupt you when you answer and feel a little bit aggressive. Plus, the review about the company seems quite negative(please view those review regarding this company yourself!) But all in all, it was a smooth interview.
