The interview process has 3 rounds. First is a phone interview asking some basic questions. The second is technical interview about some concepts of .Net and SQL. Most questions can be found on glassdoor. The third one is similar with second one but more difficult, it concerned about some concepts of threads.

What is abstract class? What is the difference between abstract class and interface? What is Polymorphism? What is Join? What is index? What is virtual method? What is deligate?
Very easy process. Very easy coding questions and expect a bunch of oop, sql questions in the language u familiar with. The recruitment department sucks cuz they don’t care how many spots left, u might pass the interview and get CANCELLed

1st round hr with coding, 2nd round tech concepts. smooth and very easy interview. Very limited headcount in this bad year of the job market. Interviews still go on when the batches are already full, bad management.
