Interview was easy. I was asked about my previous lab experiences and the manager explained to me about the position and policy. He asked me some questions about my attitudes at work place. Then offered me the job.

I received an unscheduled call for a short phone interview after which the in-person interview was scheduled. I arrived early and the building was dark, looked empty and the front door was locked. I was not given contact information for the interviewers. A few minutes after the interview was supposed to start I was greeted by the site manager who was not prepared. The team manager arrived late and asked unusual questions about “pet peeves” and the type of team I would not want to work with. The site manager gave me a tour afterward and then walked me to the door.
