Phone screen, then an in person interview with a couple engineers and a few coding tests (written and whiteboard). A few discussions with leadership members. Pretty standard, nothing “out of left field”.

For my role I spoke to 5 people across HR, technical services, and software development. HR and technical services were largely behavioral and assessing role fit. There was a coding assessment to be done individually and during a technical interview. Technical interviewing consisted of past experience, coding, architecture, design, troubleshooting, and database knowledge.
