Lots of steps, first phone screening with HR, then a meeting with immediate manager, next a pannel meeting then final meeting with manager's boss. Asked normal interview questions. Average 30 min phone call

The interview process was very unprofessional, unlawful, and racist toward foreign applicants. They just handed you the material and did the mock call the following week, the process was frustrating and disappointing.
