very simple i would never recommend anyone to go there tell me about yourself, why sales, why real state, what will u do , negative culture, very negative ratings wrost culture i would give -5 ratings

Quick call interview was not planned just i had to pick up the call, And manager call, no email. i'm not sure there is more process, it seems like process is not organized.

Entrevista
Easy to interview. Interviewers were smart and nice. Questions were relevant. I felt comfortable. The pay was Ok. I did, however, find a better proposition that I pursued. I do think Molbio is a good company overall.
It was very smooth, the Interviewer was chill and he made me comfortable, the interview satred with a online test which was based on apitude and then it was based on the one on one interview where basic analog question and digital circuit questions were asked in it
