they gave me a written exam and after i finishes the exam i waited in the meeting room, then i had an interview then they asked me few questions regarding my old job

Basically, there is no interview process involved. They give translation tests to new candidates and if they pass the tests, they will offer a contract. The tests are pretty straightforward.
