A friend referred me and submitted my Resume, After a week there about, I got a call from a Recruiter for an interview, a date for the interview was agreed upon by both parties, the interview involved scenario questions and aptitude questions with IQ test. The interview too about an hour. Got a call after some days for background check, that took 3 days after which I got a call that I have been offered the job.

Tel us about how you assisted a difficult customer
It was an easy interview with 2 rounds of aptitude test and then PI, the aptitude was relatively easy and in PI questions based on my Profile was asked. I was given some riddles to solve which were easy and my communication skills were tested

Entrevista
Very welcoming and easy to speak to. I wish more companies had interviews like this one. They were straight forward and told me the good and the bad. I am thankful for the opportunity the provided me with.
