first part is phone call, then the second interview is technical questions after they accepted its the third interview is a two 30 minute interview by two different people.

Too slow. There are hiring agencies in between. And the process is taking too long. I received email to complete some survey, which they call as "first round interview". But there are no technical questions asked in there.
