5) You and 4 other selected candidates have a 1-hour call with 5 top managers (e.g. VP, Country Manager level), so 10 people in a zoom call. The managers start asking questions from motivation/behavioural to brain teasers, almost rapid-fire.
Last question of the call: "Now, each one of you say who between the 4 other candidates you would hire and who you would fire"
Only highly toxic environments can produce such procedures.
