Entrevista
They start off with an initial phone screening with HR, just general questions. Then, they have a more intense phone interview with people in the department and the questions are more technical. If you make it past this point you are brought in for an in person. This is more casual at this point because you almost have the job. You have an in person interview that is more like a conversation. However, you also have to do a TAP (Telephone Assessment Program) where you sit in a conference room for 2.5 hours and answer behavioral based questions every 45 minutes or so.

Entrevista
Several stages including online resume submission, two levels of online testing, face to face structured interview, role playing problem solving interview and another structured panel interview. Drug screen pending selection. More may follow, I haven't completed the process yet.
