panel interview with several employees. All interviews has at least 3 people on the panel. Questions were meant to throw off candidate. Process lasted 3 hours on average.
One initial interview with HR and one follow up interview with Hiring Manager. Standard questions as in other multinational companies such as “Describe strengths/weaknesses” “Challenging time/ customer and how you overcame it (behavioural) as well as what was the lesson learned.
The process with HR went well until the interview with the hiring managers had a different expectation as to what the job description stated.
This made the interview tougher to go through with.

First interview was he'd on campus as a 3 person departmental interview. After confirmation of advancing to the next round, the second and third interviews were combined to one panel session. 5 managers 4 candidates. Round table firing session. Pretty basic behavioral questions. Brewery tour.
