Then if successfull invited to a telephone interview which consists of a strength based question interview.."tell me about a time when you were a leader" etc. The interview feels extremely impersonal, with a lady in Manchester somewhere asking you questions, and you are not allowed to ask anything in return, like talking to a machine, almost makes you not want to get hired. Then comes the terrible part, you get sent a case study and are given approximatelly 30 minutes for it and need to present back your findings for 30 minutes. The case study is extremely unclear, badly presented, and to me made no sense (i have done various other case studies for similar companies). Once again, can't ask any questions to the interviewer, very impersonal and unrealistic. Would expect so much more from a company that promotes an engaged work place and graduate develpment.
