Very long and exhausting. But learnt a lot from it. They were very welcoming and friendly but the process was intense and they were very serious about it. They painted you out when need be, feedback was not properly communicated has they had promised after the Games day.
CV screening, Culture Fit online test, AI video interview, Business Case interview, Leadership assessment.
After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.
