Applied at a campus career fair. Took an online test and was chosen for an online video interview. Questions were situational: "Name a time when..." Was called for an on-site interview in Fairfield, CA about a week later. Interviewed with about 10 total applicants from the area. The group was split into two and interviewed by a panel. They said they were trying a different style and would ask us a question and leave it open for discussion. More situational questions mostly. Was called about a week later again with an offer.
