When you apply at the website, you first have to make 2 tests (Logical reasoning, ...). When these tests are good enough, you get a telephone interview where you get general questions about your strengths/weaknesses, why you are applying for AB Inbev,... (easy to prepare). Finally, there is an assessment center which in my case consisted of half a day. You get to do a group discussion and a 1:1 interview.
