The process is really log. You first apply online, do some tests related to logical reasoning, do the case study and answer to some basic interview questions over the phone. I did the assessment day in Italy and it was a really long day. I didn't really like the way the day was planned: too many activities, too many people, lot of time for a case study in which you don't really show your potentials, most of the people fake not be competitive. Overall we had a case study (group of 4 people) competing with all the other participants also divided into groups, single interviews, speed dating (totally useless).
