First I had a phone interview with a recruiter, it was a standard one, common questions about previous experience and motivation to work at the company, etc. After that I had a skype interview with the HR manager, it was more detailed, but no tricky and strange questions. The whole application process was very fast, after contacting me for the phone interview all the rest happened very fast.
