The interview process was amazingly in depth. You've got to focus on buzz words like VPO and safety. They interview you around 4-6 different times, with a small group of people every time, then take you on a tour of the brewery. They're very professional during the interview, but always seem to avoid questions about exactly what you'll be doing as a co-op or intern.

Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!

It was video record interview. Queastions were pre recorded. You have a 1 minute to think about your answers. And than you have to record your answer . It should better be video call or in person.
