I applied prior to them coming to a career fair, then I was sent an email to upload my resume again. I had a 1:1 interview and a week letter I found out I was selected for the assessment center. Best advice would be to be yourself and calm your nerves.

Online assessment, zoom interview with behavioral questions, then in-person interviews, which included one 12-person, 2-hour group challenge, and a final round of 5 C-suite executives interviewing 5 candidates at a time. Questions for that final round were unlike any other interview I've ever done- honestly no way to really prepare for it!

In the final round, I was asked whether I would have done the Sydney Sweeney jeans campaign if I were American Eagle and why
They gave me less than 24 hours notice for a single interview slot & sent me an auto rejection email during the interview. Reached out to the recruiter after to express my disappointment in the process and she said they “like to be prompt” hence I got a rejection as I was actively speaking to my interviewer.

There were 4 rounds of interviews. The final 2 rounds were in NY and there were 150 people flown out. The process was fun and I met a ton of great people.
