Interview process was consisted of mostly behavior type questions. i.e. Describe a time when you were faced with a difficult decision... What would you do if a customer was upset at you, how would you handle it...I met with 2 managers and then the General Manager

Multiple interviews with various people including Director. Between interviews they would forget to contact me for the next one and I would have to reach out. They called me and casually said hi please apply again so we can give you an offer letter and that is how I found out. It has been over a month and they still won't send it to me.

I spoke to a recruiter at a career fair. I filled out the application online. I was emailed several Personality Tests before being invited to interview. I was instructed to dress casually and specifically wear jeans. The interview was casual and conversational.
