You go through 2 interviews, they want to know about you/ Not gonna lie the interview was hard. I remember they really admire being creative and being a leader? They wanna know what you know about beer in terms of rotation. IF you are a great speaker as you will be in stores at all times and must communicate with managers

Introductions of participants, a couple personal questions & then job overview. Then asked if I had any questions for them. Took my personal circumstances in regards to moving into consideration & recommended that it may be better I work at another location in terms of commuting.

How did I react to criticism received and how did I handle it
Zoom, questions about situations, what you know about company, when you can work; hours and days, 2 person interview, talked about resume and what is on it, only took about 15 to 20 minutes
1 phone interview with the recruiter, 1 Zoom interview with the District Sales Manager after a week. Then, you will have to show your hiring manager why you are the best candidate for this job
