The interview process is very extensive. In the first round, you are given a case and 30 minutes of prep time in order to make a recommendation based off of the charts and tables given to you (heavily math based).
It was hard. There were 3 rounds with several interviews. Panel at end. Great people and company. Loved it. Trying to fill 30 word limit with more things on interview process

Long and drawn out process. Tough final interviews in business simulation. It is difficult to gauge the exact type of person they are looking for and certainly varies class to class. The people that get an offer are exceptionally bright and likely from target schools only.
