Interview process was structured well but pretty involved. Multiple rounds including a take home assignment. Gave a good gist of the team and expectations for the role. Hiring team members were very communicative. Flexibility was provided where needed.

The interview process got off to a rocky start. The recruiter was over 10 minutes late to the initial phone screen and had to reschedule. After we connected it was great. Then for my first interview with the hiring manager, he was over 10 minutes and had to reschedule. The project portion wasn't overly difficult, but was definitely more time consuming than necessary for an interview. I was told my presentation was very comprehensive, but then received contradictory feedback afterwards and did not receive an offer. Overall it was a decent experience.
