Entrevista
I got an offer for an interview through LinkedIn. The entire process took about two weeks. They first asked for me resume and after they reviewed my resume they asked for a phone interview. The phone interview was just to give me a run down of the company and the position they were hiring for. They seemed to like my phone interview and asked for a video interview. The video interview was with the manager of the operation. He was most interested about my experience. He asked me about the optimization projects I have done with my previous company and what process control related projects I have worked on. The interview was pretty straight forward.

Can you tell me what did you do to save your company $300,000? ( it was listed on my resume)
They emailed me to set up an interview. We did a video interview, and three people interviewed me. The interview consisted mostly of talking about my resume, and explaining what the job was, where it might be, and the training process. They also asked some questions about my technical ability, but the questions themselves were not technical; for example, they asked what type of programming languages I knew. There wasn't really any behavioural questions.
